T.M. v. Dep't of Children & Families, 4D05-3878

In dependency proceedings, an order denying termination of supervision and requiring continued visitation for a grandmother is affirmed in part as to the continuation of protective supervision, but reversed in part as to the visitation order where, once the children were returned to a parent-s custody, the trial court erred in ordering her to provide the grandmother with visitation.
