Orders in a dependency action are affirmed over a guardian ad litem's claims of error that: 1) the trial court lacked jurisdiction to enter an order of adjudication of dependency; 2) the record lacked sufficient proof of a custodian's legal status; and 3) the trial court erred in denying a petition for dependency and shelter against the mother because the minor child was an illegal alien.
