Penna v. Zabawa, 5D05-1324

In a securities case brought by an investor against a broker, companies and officers involved in a series of disastrous transactions, an order vacating an order entered by a predecessor judge and confirming an arbitration award is affirmed over a claim that certain parties added after selection of a panel of arbitrators had the right to begin the selection process anew.
