Willingham v. City of Orlando, 5D05-736; 5D05-1111

In a case arising out of the execution of an arrest warrant and the taking into custody of plaintiff, who was named in the warrant, summary judgment for police officers, a city, and a county is affirmed where, under the facts of the case, no cause of action for false arrest or false imprisonment against the officer or the involved agencies could be alleged.
