Laster v. State of Florida, 2D05-524

A conviction for delivery of cocaine is affirmed over a claim of erroneous denial of a suppression motion where, although a search of defendant's person was consistent with the requirements of the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution but was unlawful under the Florida Strip Search statute, defendant was not entitled to have the fruits of the search suppressed.
