Allen v. State of Florida, 2D04-5139

An order entered pursuant to the Jimmy Ryce Act finding that there was no probable cause to believe that the condition of defendant, a committed sexually violent predator, had so changed that it was now safe for him to be released is affirmed where defendant bore the burden of proof to establish probable cause and he presented no evidence to do so.
