Samuels v. Luxury Imports of Palm Beach, Inc., 4D04-2987

A jury verdict against plaintiff finding that defendant did not make fraudulent misrepresentations to plaintiff, engage in violations of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, or convert plaintiff's property in connection with the sale of a used car is affirmed where errors, if any, regarding admission of evidence involving damages was harmless since the jury found for defendant on liability issues.
