M.S. v. State of Florida, 2D05-145

A disposition order adjudicating defendant delinquent for committing an aggravated battery and departing from a recommendation of the Department of Juvenile Justice concerning the restrictiveness level most appropriate for him is reversed in part where the trial court departed from the recommendation concerning the restrictiveness level without stating sufficient reasons for the record.
