District Court of Appeal of Florida

Variable Annuity Life Ins. Co. v. Hausinger, 2D05-5305

An order denying an insurance company's motion for preliminary injunction against a former employee who allegedly violated an employment contract is reversed where the trial court erred as a matter of law when it rejected a statutory presumption of irreparable harm which should have applied to the matter.
