Brannon v. Boldt, 2D03-4477

Judgment for plaintiffs, dominant estate holders, in an action for declaratory and injunctive relief concerning their rights in an easement over certain land owned by defendants is affirmed where the easement language at issue was unambiguous and riparian rights were impliedly reserved in the easement and incidental thereto.
