District Court of Appeal of Florida

An order awarding attorney's fees and costs to a court official as sanctions for a violation of Florida Statutes section 57.105 is affirmed where there was no abuse of discretion in such award based on plaintiff's motion for default judgment in his action for wrongful discharge, and on his refusal to dismiss and refile the action after compliance with presuit notice requirements.
