State of Florida v. Taylor, 1D05-2394

A petition for writ of certiorari seeking review of an order denying a motion in limine brought by the state in a prosecution for sexual battery and lewd or lascivious molestation of a child is denied where, even if a trial judge may have erred in finding a recantation had occurred, such error did not rise to the level to warrant certiorari review.
