District Court of Appeal of Florida

An order of a judge of compensation claims (JCC) determining that an employer/carrier (E/C) was entitled to reimbursement from the Special Disability Trust Fund is affirmed where the JCC did not erred when she did not apply the four-year statute of limitations contained in Florida Statutes section 95.11(3) to the E/C's claim for reimbursement.
