Dismissal of a father's petition for writ of habeas corpus alleging ineffective assistance of counsel during the proceedings that resulted in termination of his parental rights is affirmed where there was no error in the trial court's denial of an evidentiary hearing on the petition. Questions regarding claims of ineffective assistance of counsel in termination of parental rights cases are certified.
