An adjudication of delinquency for poisoning food or water with intent to kill or injure is reversed where the trial court erred as a matter of law in concluding that, under the circumstances, a fourteen-year-old juvenile with no prior criminal involvement knowingly and voluntarily waived her Miranda rights prior to a confession.
