Petition for certiorari review of an order compelling production of certain patient records in a medical malpractice action involving laser eye surgery is granted and the order quashed where records regarding similar procedures performed by defendant more than two years after plaintiff's surgery were immaterial, as there was no showing of relevance or how the discovery might possibly lead to relevant material.
