Walters v. Blankenship, 5D05-1541

An order dismissing plaintiffs' complaint against their former neighbors with prejudice is reversed where the complaint, involving plaintiffs' sale of condomimium units at a loss allegedly due to defendants' posting of "For Sale" signs on their own properties, stated a cause of action or could be amended to state a cause of action for tortious interference with a prospective business advantage, or civil conspiracy.
