District Court of Appeal of Florida

Parton v. Palomino Lakes Property Owners Ass'n, Inc., 2D05-2640

An award of attorneys fees for plaintiffs in a suit brought against homeowners who blockaded the entrance to a subdivision to prevent the delivery of the plaintiffs' modular home is reversed pursuant to plaintiff's claims of error that the trial court erred in: 1) failing to award fees incurred after the entry of a temporary injunction; 2) failing to make sufficient findings as to the fee awards; and 3) awarding fees and costs pro rata, rather than making a joint and several award.
