Save Our Beaches, Inc. v. Florida Dep't of Envtl. Prot., 1D05-4086

An agency's order approving a permit involving a proposed project for restoration or renourishment of certain beaches and dunes is reversed where, as applied in the case, the Beach and Shore Preservation Act deprived property owners of constitutionally protected riparian rights without just compensation for the property taken.
