Beck v. Holloway, 1D04-2623

A final judgment entered against defendant-doctor in a medical malpractice case is remanded for a new trial on damages where the trial court properly rejected defendant's statute of limitations defense, but erred in excluding certain relevant surveillance videotape evidence of plaintiff loading and driving a truck.
