Denial of a claim for unemployment compensation benefits on the basis that claimant's discharge was for misconduct connected with work is reversed where a single isolated incident by a longtime employee involving a confrontation with a customer did not constitute misconduct so as to disqualify him from receiving unemployment benefits.
