Wiggins v. Sadow, 4D05-599
A jury verdict and judgment in favor of defendant-doctor on plaintiff's claim of medical malpractice arising from the death of his wife is affirmed where there was no abuse of discretion in the denial of a motion for new trial based upon claims of juror misconduct or that the verdict was against the manifest weight of the evidence.
