Pardon v. State of Florida, 4D04-4231

Convictions for attempted robbery, aggravated battery on a person older than sixty-five, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) a failure to suppress statements made in violation of Miranda due to a detective's failure to honor a request for an attorney; and 2) prosecutorial misconduct.
