Ramirez v. State, 3d04-2801

Conviction for kidnapping is affirmed, but conviction for aggravated battery is reversed where double jeopardy prohibited the conviction since the kidnapping conviction had already been enhanced by the jury's special finding that an aggravated battery had occurred during the kidnapping.
