District Court of Appeal of Florida

Williams v. State of Florida, 04-2937

One conviction for burglary is affirmed where the court did not err in admitting relevant "similar fact" evidence to establish defendant's intent, but another burglary conviction is reversed where double jeopardy prevented dual convictions and concurrent sentences for burglary charges that arose from a single entry of the dwelling and a single victim.
