W.R. v. Dep't of Children & Families, 1D05-1486

An order terminating a mother's parental rights is reversed where the termination at issue was error where an agency failed to prove that her continuing interaction with her child would threaten his life, safety, well-being, or health, and it failed to prove that termination was the least restrictive means of protecting the child from serious harm.
