Bland v. Cage, 4D05-1012

Grant of intevenor-medical malpractice insurer's motion to approve a settlement between plaintiffs and the insurer in a medical malpractice case is affirmed over insured-doctor's claims of error regarding: 1) the existence of jurisdiction to enter a declaratory judgment approving the proposed settlement; and 2) a denial of due process of the law and access to the courts.
