Wellman v. Geico Gen. Ins. Co., 4D05-993

Summary judgment for an insurer declaring that the insurer effectively cancelled plaintiff's automobile insurance policy prior to the time of plaintiff's accident is affirmed where the policy at issue was purchased directly from the insurer, and thus, plaintiff waived his right to notice of cancellation to a non-existent independent insurance agent.
