Alich v. Clapp, 4D05-237

A judgment in dissolution proceedings is affirmed in part and reversed in part pursuant to a former husband's claims that the trial court erred: 1) in imputing income to him for purposes of determining his child support obligation; 2) in determining that the father had the superior ability to pay unreimbursed medical expenses; and 3) on the issue of visitation.
