District Court of Appeal of Florida

A final judgment of dissolution of marriage is affirmed in part and reversed in part where the trial court abused its discretion in its award of lump sum alimony when it failed to take into account all of the requisite statutory factors such as the former wife's age and earning capacity and the couple's standard of living when making its award.
