District Court of Appeal of Florida

Petitions for writ of prohibition following denial of motions to disqualify a trial judge in a number of medical negligence actions is granted where alleged facts were sufficient to establish a basis for disqualification in one case, and thus, disqualification was also warranted in other cases in which the same basis existed and disqualification was timely sought.
