Schwartz v. State of Florida, 4D05-3305

Dismissal of plaintiff's action seeking temporary and permanent injunctive relief relating to a polygraph agreement and stipulation with the state, and the use of test results against plaintiff in a criminal action is affirmed since it was for a judge in a criminal court to consider plaintiff's arguments and determine whether the agreement was valid.
