District Court of Appeal of Florida

A judgment following bench trial in favor of defendants-homeowners is affirmed in a contract action involving plaintiff's services with respect to mold problems in a condominium where the trial court did not err in interpreting the contract between the parties and in finding that plaintiff breached the contract.
