Green v. State of Florida, 4D04-3123
A conviction for armed trafficking in cocaine, attempted felony murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine is affirmed over a claim that the circumstantial evidence of a cocaine conspiracy was insufficient to overcome defendant's reasonable hypothesis of innocence, which was that he thought he was participating in a marijuana purchase.
