District Court of Appeal of Florida

An order confirming an arbitration award and entering final judgment in a dispute between plaintiff and its former brokerage firm is reversed where the trial court erred in sending the case to arbitration since the arbitration provisions did not show that the parties contemplated arbitration of a tort claim for breach of fiduciary duty.
