Galaxy Fireworks, Inc. v. Bush, 2D05-2478, 2D05-2479

Summary judgment for defendants in an inverse condemnation action alleging that an executive order deprived plaintiffs of the opportunity to sell fireworks during a season and constituted a compensable taking is reversed where there was a material issue of fact concerning whether the executive order precluded the transportation of the plaintiffs' supply of fireworks within the state and across the state borders.
