District Court of Appeal of Florida

Shugar v. Shugar, 1D05-5569

A petition for writ of certiorari challenging orders ruling that a guardian ad litem, appointed for the benefit of the parties' minor son, had the authority to make all decisions regarding visitation of the child with his parents is granted since courts may not delegate their statutory authority to determine visitation to guardian ad litems, attorneys, or experts.
