District Court of Appeal of Florida

US Fire Ins. Co. v. Hayden Bonded Storage Co., 4D05-4

A judgment against an insurer in a case involving allegations of breach of a duty to indemnify brought by a moving and storage company is reversed where there was no legal basis to impose liability on the insurer in excess of an amount that it had already tendered, and it clearly fulfilled its duty to indemnify by tendering such amount.
