District Court of Appeal of Florida

An equitable distribution of marital assets, award of alimony, and a determination of entitlement to attorney's fees in a final judgment of dissolution is reversed in part where the trial court erred with respect to equitable distribution of a former husband's interest in an apartment complex and by awarding alimony without statutorily required findings.
