An order vacating and setting aside a final judgment of dissolution of marriage is reversed where the order constituted an abuse of discretion since there was nothing to suggest that a delay in the trial judge's ruling caused her to have forgotten or confused any material issue, and the objecting husband had affirmatively asked for the delayed ruling.
