Trage v. 311 Meridian & 3rd Street, LLC, 3d05-1890

Partial summary judgment for defendant-purchasers on claim for specific performance in a real estate transaction, and dissolution of plaintiff's lis pendens on the property, is affirmed where the plaintiff could produce no evidence to support his claim since an assignment to him of rights to the proceeds of the sale was invalid. (Substituted opinion)
