Transp. Cas. Ins. Co. v. All Am. Air Freight, Inc., 4D05-1416

Summary judgment in a declaratory action involving coverage of an underlying automobile accident case is affirmed where the trial court properly held that an insurer did not effectively cancel an insurance policy because it failed to give notice to the state as required by a statute applicable to commercial vehicles.
