Orders of a judge of compensation claims (JCC) denying a motion to disqualify a judge and awarding attendant care benefits to claimant is reversed in part as to the award of attendant care benefits where the JCC erred in awarding attendant care that was not related to claimant's injuries, but was related to the possible need to evacuate claimant's home in the event of an emergency.
