The Public Employee Relations Commission (PERC) does not have exclusive jurisdiction over the classification of state employee positions. Dismissal of a petition challenging the reclassification of petitioner's position with agency-respondent, resulting in her termination, is reversed where respondent modified an administrative law judge's findings in violation of state law.
