State of Florida v. Lopez, 5D05-1548

An order granting a motion to suppress evidence in a case alleging defendant violated two conditions of probation by driving while his license was revoked is reversed where an officer had reasonable suspicion justifying an investigatory stop of the vehicle that defendant was driving.
