An order entered by an administrative law judge on the issues of compensability and notice under Florida's Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Act (NICA) is affirmed where there was no error in a conclusion that defendant proved that it had complied with NICA's pre-delivery notice provisions, or in the ALJ's reliance on particular testimony.
