District Court of Appeal of Florida

A judgment pursuant to an arbitration award in a dispute over distribution of assets and debts following dissolution of a partnership between professional associations is affirmed in part where there was no misconduct on the part of the arbitrator and the arbitrator did not exceed the scope of his authority, and reversed in part to reflect the proper parties.
