District Court of Appeal of Florida

Denial of plaintiff's motion to vacate entry of a default, default final judgment, and an award of attorney's fees on a counterclaim in a contract action are reversed where a dismissal, default, and default judgment were entered in violation of plaintiff's due process rights to notice and a hearing, rendering them void.
