An order awarding benefits in a workers' compensation case is reversed where the judge of compensation claims erred in denying an employer's and a servicing agent's request for appointment of an expert medical advisor because a conflict existed between the opinion of claimant's treating physician and the opinion of the employer's and servicing agent's independent medical examiner.
