An order denying a motion to vacate a final judgment of foreclosure is reversed where plaintiff's search for defendant, the owner of the property at issue, did not meet the minimum requirements of "diligent search and inquiry" for purposes of notice by publication, and an affidavit in support of notice by publication was defective.
